In Celebration Fundraising Terms

Thank you for choosing to celebrate a special occasion while supporting Sleapy's Foundation. By creating an In Celebration fundraising page, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Your Fundraiser

You may create an In Celebration fundraising page to mark a special occasion, including a birthday, anniversary, wedding, baby shower, graduation, retirement, or other personal milestone.

Your fundraising page must be respectful, lawful, and aligned with the values of Sleapy's Foundation.

2. Donations

All donations made through your fundraising page are donations to Sleapy's Foundation.

Funds raised will be used to support the charitable purposes and activities of Sleapy's Foundation where they are needed most.

Tax-deductible receipts will be issued where eligible and in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.

3. Use of Your Fundraising Page

You are responsible for all content published on your fundraising page, including text, photos, videos, and comments.

You agree not to publish content that:

Is unlawful, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory
Infringes another person's privacy, copyright, or intellectual property rights
May damage the reputation of Sleapy's Foundation

Sleapy's Foundation reserves the right to remove content or close fundraising pages that do not comply with these Terms.

4. Use of the Charity Name

You may state that you are fundraising in support of Sleapy's Foundation.

You must not:

Represent yourself as an employee, volunteer, or authorised representative of Sleapy's Foundation
Enter into agreements on behalf of Sleapy's Foundation
Use the Foundation's logo or branding without prior written approval

5. Privacy

Personal information collected through your fundraising page will be managed in accordance with Sleapy's Foundation's Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to Sleapy's Foundation contacting you regarding your fundraising page and supporter-related communications.

6. Promotion of Your Fundraiser

You grant Sleapy's Foundation permission to share publicly available information from your fundraising page, including your first name, fundraising story, fundraising total, photographs, and celebration details, for promotional, recognition, and fundraising purposes.

You may request that content be removed by contacting us.

7. Changes or Closure

Sleapy's Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove fundraising pages where necessary, including where these Terms have been breached.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sleapy's Foundation is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your fundraising activities or use of the fundraising platform.
