Tribute Page Terms

Thank you for supporting Sleapy's Foundation by creating an online tribute page in memory of a loved one.

By registering and creating a tribute page, you agree to the following terms:

1. Your Fundraising Page

You may create a tribute page to honour or remember a person and raise donations in support of Sleapy's Foundation.

You agree that all information, photos, messages and content shared on your page will be accurate, respectful and appropriate.

2. Donations

All donations made through your tribute page are donations to Sleapy's Foundation.

Donations received will be used to support the charitable purposes and activities of Sleapy's Foundation.

Tax-deductible receipts will be issued in accordance with Australian taxation requirements where applicable.

3. Appropriate Content

You must not post content that:

Is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful
Infringes another person's copyright, privacy or other rights
Is misleading or deceptive
Promotes political parties, commercial businesses or unrelated causes

Sleapy's Foundation may remove content or suspend a page at its discretion if it believes the content is inappropriate or inconsistent with our values.

4. Use of Names, Images and Stories

By creating a tribute page, you confirm that you have the right to share any photographs, stories, names or other materials you upload.

You acknowledge that Sleapy's Foundation may display this content through the fundraising platform for the purpose of promoting your tribute page and processing donations.

5. Fundraising Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and honestly when promoting your page.

You must not represent yourself as an employee, volunteer, spokesperson or authorised representative of Sleapy's Foundation unless expressly approved in writing.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected through the registration and donation process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to Sleapy's Foundation contacting you regarding your tribute page, fundraising activity and supporter communications.

7. Changes or Closure of Pages

Sleapy's Foundation may modify, suspend or close a tribute page where necessary, including where these terms have been breached or where the page is no longer appropriate to remain active.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sleapy's Foundation is not responsible for any loss, damage or claim arising from a participant's use of the fundraising platform or tribute page.
